JANUARY 2016 :
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL ! Lots of news to kick off the new year ! :
- New release date for the DENIZ TEK new album is September 2016.

- RADIO BIRDMAN at Azkena festival 18 June (Spain) followed by 3 week European tour. Complete schedule to be announced soon.
- Jonathan Meredith's short film "Into the Maelstrom" is a finalist and will be shown at Tropfest 2016 on February 14.
- A full length RB documentary by Jonathan Sequeira is being edited and is due for release later this year.
SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER 2016 :
NEW ALBUM RELEASE
"Mean Old Twister" released on Career Records, in CD and vinyl LP formats (USA and Europe) and Citadel Records (CD only, Australia). "Twister" features the return of "Detroit" studio rhythm section Ric Parnell (drums) and Bob Brown (bass). Ric is best known as the drummer of Spinal Tap has played in Atomic Rooster, Blue Cheer, The Deviants, Wayne Kramer's band, and many many others. Bob Brown was on Deniz's "Vertical" tour in 1992 and has been a friend and musical partner since then.
ALBUM LAUNCH SHOWS at the Marrickville Factory Floor, Sydney (7 Oct) and Cambridge Hotel front bar, Newcastle (8 Oct).
The set will feature two or three songs from the new release and varied selections from Deniz's extensive back catalogue.
The band includes Pip Hoyle (keys), Andy Newman (bass), and Calvin Welch (drums)
