This Revenge single was meant to complement their two-volume
album set of New Race rough mixes obtained via Ron Asheton. The picture sleeve of this rare single is worth the price alone, depicting Soviet Red Army soldiers in full chemical gear against a background of flames and rockets.
This performance of Descent appears on the WEA Soldiers of Rock and Roll album but is a different mix. It is not found on any other New Race records.
